One rate for the full twenty-four hours, plus a refundable security deposit. No hourly overage, no setup fee, no surprise line items on the day.
Refundable security deposit: $500. Charged when you book, returned within 14 days after the event if the hall is left clean, undamaged and cleared by 7 a.m. It is not part of the rental fee and it is not a cleaning fee.

We handle the floors, the kitchen and the trash after you leave, so your last night does not end with a mop. Your security deposit still covers damage only, either way.
Add it when you book, or any time before your event.
That is the only add-on. Linens, dishes, glassware, bar equipment and rentals are yours to bring or hire, and we are glad to point you at the local vendors who do it well.
The refundable $500 security deposit is charged when you book and holds your date. The rental balance is due 30 days before the event; you get an emailed payment link. Bookings made inside 30 days are paid in full at the time of booking.
More than 90 days out: full refund of anything paid toward the rental fee. Between 30 and 90 days: the rental fee is held as credit toward a future date within 12 months. Inside 30 days: the rental fee is non-refundable. The security deposit is returned in every case. Date changes are free once, subject to availability.
A one-day event liability policy naming Chem Cell Club, Inc. as additional insured is required, with a minimum of $1,000,000. These run roughly $100–$200 and can be bought online in a few minutes. Upload the certificate before your balance is due.
Alcohol is permitted. If it is sold, or if the guest count exceeds a set number, a licensed and insured bartender is required, and liquor liability must appear on your event policy. No self-service kegs.
No nails, staples, tape on painted surfaces, glitter, confetti, rice or open flame other than enclosed candles. Command strips and freestanding arches are fine. Anything you hang, you take down.
Amplified outdoor music ends at 11 p.m. per Nassau County ordinance. Indoor music may continue, doors closed. Your rental still runs until 7 a.m. regardless.
Damage beyond normal wear, trash left on site, decorations still hanging, kitchen left dirty when cleaning was not purchased, guests remaining past 7 a.m., or a noise citation. We photograph the hall before and after and send you both sets.
